I give O all the credit in the world for going from trying to get his own version of Venables (as in a guy who will be here for a long time) to hiring the very best DC on the market, but I gotta say, I dont love the idea of a one-and-done. were volatile and stability would be great. we need to win above all else of course but, in a perfect world, we wouldnt have to do this every year.
