Any updates on the police chief in Grand Isle?...
Weather Channel coverage is shite. WWL better IMO....
Camera completely submerged in water now....
Fiancé just told me her friend and their parents are attempting to ride it out in Grand Isle. Tell me how smart of a move that is right now.
That'll be the last conversation she ever has with them....
Jennifer Crockett @CrockettWDSU · 1h Grand Isle: Jefferson Parish says 28 people have chosen to stay on the island as Ida nears. The only road off the island is already flooding....
Where are Cantore and Reed Timmer basing themselves?...
Buffalo isn't as small a market as is made out. Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Southern Ontario, probably even the southern tier of NY state and northern PA. Much in the same way New Orleans is deemed small despite having a foothold on virtually all of LA, MS and the Gulf Coast all the east to ...
Seems like they are threatening to move to Austin or at the very least using it as a negotiating tactic. A city full of Longhorns, Cowboys fans and transplants wouldn't give a shiney shite about this team.
Maybe they’re negotiating. But in any negotiation, the negotiators need to be willi...
The OP also missed what looks like expensive ray bans. Feeding the capitalists while also rebelling against them....

Target stays, the movie theater stays and the church stays. Seems the rest goes. Interesting given the Clearview development also underway. Like Clearview they seem to be going the mixed use route, Evolve or die I guess..... https://www.wwltv.com/article/news/local/jefferson/kenner-residents-get-...
Jacksonville is beyond fricking boring. A desert with windows....
I'd rather be in the French Quarter at night than be in Downtown Memphis at night. Downtown Memphis is one of the most dangerous places to be in the United States, especially if you are white and look like you have a little money in your pocket. I know Nola is dangerous but I don't feel...
No issues with onlyfans, twitch etc. No one is forcing these saps to sign up and part with their cash. That's capitalism. My gripe comes when many of them start whinging about sleazy men, wanting respect for what they do, become preachy about their Liberal politics etc. Can't have it both ways ...
Usually means you're in an area of upper middle class soyboys. You know, the type who sits on their macbook in starbucks cursing the big bad world, despite having a rather privileged upbringing themselves....
I can take New Orleans but only in small doses. Get fed up being harrassed and hustled by hobos and junkies and the stench of piss is equally annoying. You also have to be very careful with your sense of direction. It's very easy for someone who doesn't know the place to say keep walking down Bourbo...
The one on Vets in Metairie seems to be crowded for lunch every time I pass by.
Its always been a black mark on Metairie that a bastion of tackiness like Hooters has such a prime location on Vets. ...
Just wondering what most people do on here, for those that live in the region. When I was in BR I still tended to use MSY, as did all of my friends. I think I used BTR once to fly to Dallas as its one of the few routes directly served from there. I've heard similar from people living as far as La...
Still very much is.
Nah I meant Birmingham to New Orleans was once a SW route. Memphis now I think about it was probably last served from MSY before Delta de-hubbed it, probably before like 2012/13 then....
I'm surprised they didn't go for Memphis tbh. Amtrak takes far too long. I think they got scared off there and Birmingham as somehow being too close to New Orleans. I can't remember last time Memphis was served. Birmingham I'm sure used to be on Southwest....
