Taking Emergen-C vitamin C daily - Shellbeacher on 12/12/22 at 2:01 pm Are there any negatives to taking Emergen-C vitamin C powder once daily? It has 1000mg of Vitamin C. I've been taking it for months now and my immune system seems to be stronger than ever.
