Feds killing red snapper by blowing up rigs

Luckily it's fresh water. Apparently my cover has a hole and the drain plug was in so I'm guessing rain water flooded the bilge and got in through the dipstick. I'll try the seafoam. ...

Bilge got flooded and got water in cylinders and crank case. Pulled the plugs and compressed water out of cylinders. Changed oil and filter once but oil still looks like chocolate milk. Anyone know of a good way to get the rest of the water out? Also need a recommendation on a good oil pump, mine is...
