Life Storage owns several self storage facilities.
They also manage facilities for Third Party Owners.
Most of the ones in BR are managed by Life Storage as they were previously call Storage Centers.
I happen to know this due to being in the storage business.

I just replaced a 2.5 ton (14 Seer) with a Ruud unit with 10 year parts and 3 year labor warranty in May 2019.
Replaced everything in 1200 sq foot condo.
I received pricing from $4900-$7500. Went with Glaze AC, they back it up with an additional 2 year labor warranty. Very Pleased with quality of work and pricing. Glaze came high recommended on Angies list.

I used Stop drop. You need to remove all and clean area and brush this stuff on the seam on nice sunny day in order to eliminate the leaking problem.
Metal building installers love this stuff. It is not cheap but it certainly works.

Did they send someone out to measure project. How long did it take for the countertops to arrive?
