Carpenter/Handyman Recommendation to install Countertop in Baton Rouge

Need Carpenter/Handyman to install either formica counter top or ceramic countertop. Will need to remove sink and reinstall. All recommendations are greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Formica or ceramic? Ceramic tiled surface you mean? Might want to settle that choice before calling anyone.
