Go see Ben Fabre over at Roaming Shot in Zachary. They build great suppressors and the feather model for 22LR is just over 2 oz.

My kids have killed 2 with the ELD-M from an 18 PSA Grendel upper. One was a DRT 80 yard shot, no pass through - liquified vitals. The other was a textbook double lung pass through with a great blood trail. Deer went about 20 yards. Shot was prob 60 yards. I shot a big bodied cull buck last year with the 123 SST at 100 yards. Great exit wound and blood trail. Deer went 30-40 yards. This was from a River American Predator. I have also shot hogs this year with the 115 Barnes. Now this bullet really did damage and had complete pass throughs on big pigs. All worked well. I believe the Barnes monoliths are prob the best hunting option based on the penetration, controlled expansion, and accuracy.

Now the Grendel in general is a blast to shoot from both the bolt and AR platforms. I now shoot suppressed and it has the recoil and crack of shooting a 22. It’s easy to be accurate and the scope stays on target. I haven’t picked up my 30-06 since getting these for my kids.

Sorry for the late reply. It’s fine. I haven’t done any mods yet but don’t have specific complaints.

I have a PSA in 308. Good price and solid gun. A lot of fun to shoot. Good 2 stage trigger.
Have a 2020 XD pro4x. 37k miles so far. Love the truck. 9 speed transmission is smooth. Good power. I tow 4-6k lb loads about once a month and pull a tractor which comes in around 10k a couple times a year. Also my daily driver.

Pros: very smooth transmission with well known reliable 5.6 V8, comes loaded with tech/safety features, has goose neck option, engine sounds great, extremely comfortable seats

Cons: turning radius of a barge, horrible clarity of backup camera (bird’s eye 360 camera makes up for it)

MPG: average 14-15, gets 18-19 on hwy and as low as 12 when I’m stuck in BR traffic a lot. Towing seems to be 10-12 depending on the load

I love it. Came from a 2011 Sierra which I loved. This truck is way better. Don’t see many XDs and it looks like the Titan line may be on its last leg. I got mine for 54k completely loaded before the prices exploded.
I went with a 2020 Titan XD gasser. Smooth transmission. MPGs not bad for a big truck. Have 40k on her with no problems. I tow an aluminum bay boat (not heavy) and a trailer/tractor/UTV. The trailer/tractor weight about 8-9k. It pulls it easily and still gets about 10 mpg. Very underrated truck.

I have an optika5 and optika6. They are both fantastic. The 5 is on an AR10 and the 6 is on a sako85. Very pleased with both.

Jake joined 14 years ago Fapper. He has averaged 7.6 posts a day for 14 years. He says you are pitiful.

Well played. It would be dumb not to recommend myself.

I highly recommend J. Brent Rhodes at Acadiana Gastroenterology Associates. He is based in Laffy but often makes rounds in Slidell.
