Carpet grass problem: Celsius beyond spot treating in high heat?
Posted by VoiceofReason25 on 6/24/22 at 12:39 pm
Carpet grass has slowly popped up over the last couple of years in the yard. It is to the point where it's all over and beyond spot treating. Is it safe to treat a whole yard with Celsius in the high heat we are experiencing? (Baton Rouge) Concerned with centipede taking collateral damage.

Anyone recommend a good earthwork or yard drainage guy or company to fix the slope/drainage in our backyard? Some of the rains we've had this past year have been way to close to flooding our house. We are in Baton Rouge.

Duct work is original but as part of the renovation we blew in more insulation in the attic and rewrapped the ducts bc it was original too. No mold seen in the attic though.
Will look into checking moisture. We didn't do the test outside, just inside. Good to know that its common to get mold...
Seeking potential mold problem recommendation

Recently bought an older house (1970s) and renovated the master among other things. Finally moved in a few months ago and have been waking up with headaches and itchy eyes each morning. Goes away as the day goes on. Ran a do-it-yourself mold test kit on the air in the room and mold was found. No...
Recommendations on fireplace refurbishment

Any recommendations on a company or person in Baton Rouge who can rebuild the inside of a fireplace. Just bought a house with a fireplace in very bad condition. Fire brick is in bad shape and despite a lock top damper, the fireplace will leak in big rain events. (Perhaps the ...

Was curious if I'd see this interaction make its way to TD. Long time lurker here but think I may have seen this exact thing play out if in the south upper (422 or 423, I don't remember) and feel the need to set this straight. The guy did not push the "stander" in the situation I witnessed. He pa...
