Must be something about North Carolina football that makes kids like LSU...my son is the same grew up LSU fan..we are making our first trip this weekend...fly in to BR Friday at 7:00 pm...my son is 18...I was thinking about driving down to New Orleans Friday night for a few hours ...anyone have thoughts on that...any remediation on where to eat in BR ...thanks

Hi Guys…similar situation …I’m a NC resident and my son has been a huge fan his entire life…I’m planning on giving him and early Christmas present and taking him to the Arkansas game, this being our first trip I have no idea about the do’s and don’ts of game day…we plan on flying into BTR the Friday afternoon of and flying out Sunday morning…some of the questions I have are...some of these have already been answered

Do I need to rent a car or can I Uber it all weekend

Are there preferred areas to stay and other areas not to stay (no offense, I could tell you where not to go in my hometown)

If I rent a car how is parking, how easy is it to catch a shuttle to and from the game?

Should I make sure that we have tickets prior to game or roll the dice on picking some up at the gate

…and any other tips that you may have…
