Spain and Portugal-14 days

We are planning a honeymoon to Spain and Portugal for 14 days in March/April. Are there any suggestions on cities we should visit? I am thinking of 5 cities total so we don't spend to much time traveling between places.

Standing Seam on Existing Shingle Roof

I had some missing aspahlt shingles (6'x6') area to my existing roof from Ida. I started getting estimates for a roof replacement, and I am interested in a Standing Seam metal roof. The sales rep I talked to said they could install the standing seam panels over the existing shingles and removal of the existing shingles is not needed. Does anyone have any personal experience with having standing seam panels install over existing asphalt shingles? I am trying to see how reliable is that method.

LA constitutional amendments

I am planning on voting this Friday in person. I am reading over the proposed state amendments, but I do not know too much about them. What is the board's opinion on them? I will be voting for Sports gambling again.
Are we suppose to get a season ticket holder card also to scan for free beer and discounts? Only saw the tickets in the package.
Any word when season tickets will be mailed?
Live in Lakeview and I can barely hear 100.3 espn with all the static.
