True, ended like real life. Not predictable and a bit sad.
It would be nice now that everyone is older, they did a reunion movie to find out what happened 20 years after 1973. Why did Kevin move away from the town? Did Wayne drive the furniture company in to bankruptcy? Did Paul sue Kevin for being a douchey friend? One can only dream :lol:

True, and Winnie was always messing around on him with big athletic preppy-types. Even on the last episode. Kevin was clearly not her type.
As far as Jack dying in his 50's, sucks but makes perfect sense. He was always eating bacon, heavy meats and stressed tf out. Probably it was a heart or stroke related issue. Don't get me wrong, it made me sad too that he died in 1975. His kids were all kind of shitty to him.
I like to think she went and later married the doctor who was jocking her from her hometown. Maybe they became a power couple with her future CEO status.
