I posted for information purpose but I wager on sports daily. If you use sports betting examples. -120 fav wins 54.50 % . -170 fav wins 63.00 % and so on.
I agree but don’t understand. I made a wager last week of Sept Trump +120. He rose to -175 favorite last week but now falling.

Az. Trump -290 heavy favorite. Georgia. Trump -190 . Michigan Trump + 165 underdog. Nevada Trump -170. North Carolina Trump -185. Pennsylvania Trump -105. Wisconsin Trump +115. Iowa Trump -550. Virginia Trump +500 and Louisiana Trump -5000. Presidential winner Trump -125. My only concern is Trump was up to -170 Thursday and has dropped -25 in last hr.

Again someone misinformed, We pay ad valorem tax on wells and landowners also pay ad valorem tax on the land where wells are located. In numerous locations the ad valorem tax on the wells is many times the amount the landowners pay. Again just trying to inform this board of some of the contributions independent operators contribute to the economy. Not trying to argue the terrible problem orphan wells present. If proper financial security was required many years ago this would not be a problem. Now there are thousands of orphan wells. Can’t put that GENIE BACK IN THE BOTTLE.
You sure hear some fantastic STORIES. Here are some facts.
1. Absolutely correct as I have seen wells logged and operator lie to co-owners and come back later, hell I had it happen to me in Red River Parish.
2. Move Oil from lease with co-owners and .75 NRI to lease owned by operator with .875 NRI, absolutely seen it.
3. Impossible to sell Oil without paying severance tax and royalty, as we must furnish division order title opinion from attorney to Oil purchaser and must obtain authority to transport from LOC via form R-4.
4. You are delusional to call all independent operators SHITTY just because SOME are crooks. Don’t see you calling all loggers shitty just because SOME haul logs to other mills without landowner knowledge. Or SOME farmers that haul grain to elevator with cash rent farm number when it actually came from share rent farm.
5. I am sure that IF you have a job everyone in your profession are perfect.
6. My point of my earlier post was to provide information to this board from operator prospective, If you take time to read my prior post, I stated my opinion of why we have orphan Well problem. Before you call all small operators shitty you may need to research how many tax dollars to this state, you have no idea how many fees we pay to the state for inactive Well fees etc. Also shocking to you as obviously you don’t research before you post crap is how many millions of dollars we pay to EACH PARISH IN ADVALOREM TAXES..

As an operator we pay 3.5 % each year to LORA of our required bond for LORA to post the required financial security. There is no public donations accepted by LORA. In the past if you were a prudent operator you were “grandfathered “ and were not required to post financial security. This is what led to the thousands of orphaned wells. When LOC changed this program and required financial security most of us were unable to come up with the cash bonds. Therefore the idea proposed by LORA was a savior. I do not have the $ 1,800,000.00 to bond my wells. Therefore the 3.5 % annual payment to LORA was a great program. The orphan Well problem was brought on by LOC not requiring financial security for decades.
I am truly surprised at this news. When John Adams polled many independent producers this program was overwhelmingly approved. This program with LORA has saved the DNR from having several thousand wells abandoned and becoming multi million dollar liability of taxpayers to clean up orphan wells. My personal dealings with LORA have been very professional and very helpful. We are very disappointed in the news of the alleged corruption. My opinion is the new commissioner of LOC appointed by governor Landry smelled a problem and sped up this investigation..Fair warning, if LOC does not continue with LORA or similar program, be prepared for thousands of new orphan wells. Truly terrible that a great idea has been allegedly corrupted.

You are correct but a tech in a pharmacy is not trained to administer this shot. Do your research on this shot if it is not properly administered correctly.
I have contacted 20 + MD offices on behalf of my older brother with health issues that wants the shot. None that I have contacted offer the vaccine. Due to the fact that it is very important that mRNA vaccine is in intramuscular site and not in vein, we did not want a dam Walgreen tech to administer the shot. Thank you for the informative response by some and the other a******** can f****FF.

Can someone give me the answer as to why you cannot get Covid vaccine from MD office. Do not want the vaccine just raises more questions for me that no MD office will administer the shot.
