If there are no large cracks where water gets in than you can coat the inside of the concrete with a crystalline waterproofing. This is what is used in below grade elevator pits to keep out water. Yes the 90 is a better option as it is the same weight as the 70 so why not have a bit more power. Only drawback is about $1,500. That doesn’t seem like much but it’s a sweet chart plotter or a basic trolling motor. Tohatsu is interesting but I’m not familiar enough with their quality, durabilit...

Ok I’ve done a deep dive on this and will try to summarize. Electric tankless heaters make no sense. There are expensive to buy and operate. Gas tankless are great. Unlimited water and are super cheap to operate if you get a condensing model. Their total costs (buying and operating) are cheaper than...
