The ideas are larger than all individuals. If they are representing your ideas than support them. When they are no longer supporting the ideas then don’t. No hero worship.
Mr M.
My understanding is that these nurses will advise you on treatment as well as interface with the hospital staff directly to advocate for treatment on your behalf. I have not used them.

Good Luck
I have a falstaff you can have. The logo is worn off but it’s in decent shape otherwise
If there are no large cracks where water gets in than you can coat the inside of the concrete with a crystalline waterproofing. This is what is used in below grade elevator pits to keep out water. It can resist hydrostatic pressure.

Yes the 90 is a better option as it is the same weight as the 70 so why not have a bit more power. Only drawback is about $1,500. That doesn’t seem like much but it’s a sweet chart plotter or a basic trolling motor.

Tohatsu is interesting but I’m not familiar enough with their quality, durability, and reliability. They may turn out to be fantastic but it is hard to know for sure. The place I’m buying the hull from is a dealer so I could get a great price and get it mounted there.

Im also tempted to go with tiller steer but I think that would get tiresome over time. I like the simplicity and am used to tiller sailboats but gotta go with the wheel for this one.

Outboard purchase advice.

I ordered a Panga hull from South America and now need to buy an outboard. Where can I get the best price on a Suzuki in the greater New Orleans area? Have a 22.5’ hull and need to get either a 70 or 90 hp.
Uh... well. Yea so... my smoker uses wood and fire. The closest role my phone gets to play is the flashlight when briskets run long and it gets dark out.
Yes to fan off and check AC operation. In addition dis you put a vapor barrier under the slab (assuming slab). If not you will get moisture through the slab. There are products to put on top of the slab that will serve as vapor barriers.
My dog just tore hers so I’m in the same boat. Can someone share contact info to Dr Braud. I could not find it.
Oh and if you want a crazy efficient electric tank heater you can go with a heat pump model. They will even help cool your house by moving heat from the room into the water. Think opposite of your refrigerator in how it moves heat from inside the fridge to outside the fridge.

Someone needs to invent a heat pump that connect to both your fridge and you water heater. That way you will be moving heat from inside your fridge into your water. Cooling fridge and thus heating water.
Ok I’ve done a deep dive on this and will try to summarize. Electric tankless heaters make no sense. There are expensive to buy and operate. Gas tankless are great. Unlimited water and are super cheap to operate if you get a condensing model. Their total costs (buying and operating) are cheaper than an electric tank heater. I don’t recall timeframe but definitely within the lifespan of the heater. A efficiency model gas tank heater is less expensive to buy and operate than a gas tankless but you have a limit to water. The real savings on a gas tankless versus Gas tank is if you are building new and or can save or repurpose the floor space a tank takes up.
3’x3’ or 9 sqt has real value.
Foundations and waterlines are mandated to be below frost depth. In many places that is 42” below ground minimum. At that depth the earths heat keeps the ground from freezing.
Second Question. (Next to rely on OB expertise)
Best Suzuki dealer within an hour for sales, install, and service?

Yamaha just too much First cost...
All getting close to pulling the trigger on. 22.5 foot boat and don’t have the driveway space to store it. Looking for suggestions and or costs for best locations. Live in Nola and will be fishing inshore, some offshore, and SOM river running for fun.

Many thanks-
Going in a week or so. Beach house is confirmed open but wondering about stores, restaurants, etc.

I was there about 15 yrs ago. Great trip. We stayed just north of town in a house nestled in the forest high on a hill overlooking the ocean. Had one of the best meals of my life at a Mayan restaurant. It was some sort of red chili stew called a lava bowl. Dont remember the name of the restaurant but it was amazing.
