Hey just checking in. Been on the program for 3 months now. Been making crazy gains so far. Failed squats at 215, reloaded and made it to 235. Still haven't failed deadlifts yet, crunching out 8 reps at 265. Bench has increased about 10 lbs as well. Starting to stall on OHP so will switch that soon ...

I've been following greyskull for 9 weeks now. I'm coming up to my deload week where I plan on completely resting and taking 5% off when I come back. Do I continue to do the body weight homework during this rest? (I've been doing ladder for push ups and chin ups).
