I agree with you about Vitter, but fair/unfair/disadvantage hasn't been a criteria during Villere's reign. He has changed rules on the fly during presidential primaries, and while his running for Lt. Gov. in 2010 may have not broken any rules, his opponents certainly thought it was a conflict of interest and against understood protocol. He later endorsed Dardenne who won the race, and now we see where that has gotten us. :yack:
