re: String Trimmer Recommendations

Suggestions? I need a trimmer that can trench as my sidewalks are not level. Also want the convenience you are speaking of.
Excellent post. I would add that we are literally saving them kicking and screaming from themselves. All one has to do is look to history to see what would occur if they should get their way.

In Louisiana they still do.

I was able to locate it. This is to what I referred. Thanks for the replies.

Dear Hollywood celebrities,

You exist for my entertainment. Some of you are great eye candy. Some of you can deliver a line with such conviction that you bring tears to my eyes. Some of you can scare the crap out of me. Others make me laugh. But you all have one thing in common, you only have a place in my world to entertain me. That’s it.

You make your living pretending to be someone else. Playing dress up like a 6 year old. You live
in a make believe world in front of a camera. And often when you are away from one too. Your entire existence depends on my patronage.

I’ll crank the organ grinder; you dance.

I don’t really care where you stand on issues. Honestly, your stance matters far less to me than that of my neighbor. You see, you aren’t real. I turn off my TV or shut down my computer and you cease to exist in my world. Once I am done with you, I can put you back in your little box until I want you to entertain me again.

I don’t care that you think the BP executives deserve the death penalty. But I bet you looked cute saying it.

And you? Really? I’m supposed to care what the director of fluffy tripe made for gullible people thinks about global warming or gun control? Get back into your bubble. I’ll let you know when I’m in the mood for something blue and shiny.

And I'm also supposed to care that you will leave this great country if Trump becomes president? Ha. Please don't forget to close the door behind you. We'd like to reserve your seat for someone who loves this country and really wants to be here.

Make me laugh, or cry. Scare me. But realize that the only words of yours that matter are scripted. I might agree with some of you from time to time, but it doesn’t matter. In my world, you exist solely for my entertainment

So, shut your pie hole and dance, monkey!

4 downvotes so far. Lol, tough crowd. I am interested in the rant someone on this board posted a few weeks or so ago. If I recall, it was telling Hollywood they are there for our entertainment only, that basically they are to perform when we want to be amused but that is all. The remainder of the time, they are to shut up and sit down until we are ready to be entertained again.

I was asked to find it and seem to recall reading it somewhere in these pages. I appreciate it if someone can repost it. The search feature is not helpful.

Thanks to anyone who can assist.

Post About Actors from FB (?)

Can someone repost the rant which I believe was from Facebook about how actors are there to entertain us and that we do not want to know their political views? I have searched but cannot locate it.

Thanks for any assistance.
It isn't a D1 school but Hillsdale College is excellent.

Without Warning - Dokken w/George Lynch

surprising that someone else knows who this guy is.
imo, he was malmsteen's best vocalist....and yngwie has had a few good ones.
last i knew, he was singing with trans siberian orchestra.

I really would have loved to see him be able to do something original with Journey. IMO they took a step back when Neal let Jeff go even though Arnel can sing the Perry stuff pretty well.

And I totally agree Yngwie has had some good ones with JSS being the best vocalist. Ironically though my favorite cd is Facing the Animal with Mats Leven.

I like your thinking. I would throw in Goran Edmund and I listen to a lot of Jeff Scott Soto as well.

Good thread.

And you would be stupid. JJ in 09 had a higher qb rating than Flynn in 07. Flynn was very avg in 07.

Respectfully you keep saying this. When JJ was handed the position, CLM was coaching scared and JJ was managed. I would imagine that given the nature of the offenses, Flynn took a lot more chances in the passing game so comparing the two is not really appropriate.
