Seems like there is quite a few people on the board that own one, so I thought this might be a good thread. Plus the fact I am looking for program instead of the random jumping around I have been doing.

Go big or go home as apparently one of the most popular ones for strength and muscle building but I'm not going to start a new program around the holidays because I'm going to be off and out of town for a bit here and there.

The best ones are Radical Muscle Rock, Raise the Barbell 1 and 2, Go Big or Go Home (all 3),Divide and Conquer, Training Camp, Four Weeks to Fat Loss, and Shaped and Shredded. I've done most except any that were about getting lean and still have to do the 2nd and 3rd go big or go home. There was a rumor about a 2nd Divide and Conquer but it hasn't come up yet. My favorite was divide and conquer but the killer ones are go big or go home (with Jackson) and raise the barbell (with Nicolette)

I'm completing my 1st program next week, training camp. I'm glad this thread came up, there's so much to choose from it's kind of over whelming

There is a lot but take whatever interests you. Look at the movements and difficulty and the days per week did each one. Also, sub when necessary due to not liking the exercise, space restrictions, or wanting to mobility issues. Once you get the hang of it, you'll start creating your own workouts in the custom workout area and you can specify the number of reps, eccentric mode or chains or burnout mode, add in resting periods, etc. This machine is one of the best buys for home fitness. I love having it

Go big or go home is really good even though action Jackson is a douche. I’m finishing divide and conquer tomorrow and enjoyed that one although the weekly workout plan was repetitive.

My fall back workout if I don’t feel like doing the program’s daily workout is the power hour workouts, those are really effective.
