Why do you people say frick?

LSU is a land grant school and is seen as pretty decent with decent alumni network, like other state schools that are not public ivies (UVA, Michigan, UNC, CAL-Berk, and if I may, Texas). They are like a poor man's Texas A&M, but with "diversity" and not the weirdo cult like following and perverse traditions.
Huh? Are you missing that this was in reference to this upcoming season, hence the "in 2017" prediction?

Is this real life?
What is amazing is Tom Herman has everyone running scared and he hasn't coached a single game for the Longhorns.

He has Ed O. getting butthurt and running scared in the recruiting of his backyard and he scared Bob Stoops into retiring in lieu of losing to Texas every year. Very noble and honorable of Bob Stoops by the way.
I had to google "pashed" and I'm not entirely confident that I understand what was meant. You people are weird.
"We are gonna build a wall and Texas will pay for it! Make LSU Great again!"
All joking aside, it truly is hard to read this and not see anything other than a man full of fear. #optics
EO sports a solid 22–29 head coaching record. He's an awesome coach. /JenniferLawrenceYeahOkayGif
The only ones happy with the coaching hire are Bama fans who have just hemmed up another decade of dominance. But okay, I get it, you have to put a spin and be glass half full and hope for the best. Crazier things have happened, like UT winning an MNC under Mack
Orgeron acting like a jealous ex toward the younger, sexier coach who was LSU's first choice.
:violin:
To be honest, I've been pretty impressed with the level of discourse and coherent thoughts from this thread. Granted, not everyone here is an LSU alum, but I had the prejudice/bias that LSU was a school Texas kids went to when they couldn't get into UT/A&M, they couldn't afford Baylor/SMU/TCU and didn't want to go Oklahoma State or Arkansas (the two schools which poach the 3 star academic Texas kids by offering in-state tuition to lure them from their fate in commuter-directional-school hell).

So, that sounds maybe a bit condescending, but to synthesize down to my point:

LSU is like a poor man's A&M, but the best option outside of Tulane especially if interested in O&G and having fun/Greek life.

Thanks for the feedback.

Re: bumps and bruises from an early organization, to be honest from reading this thread soup to nuts (yes, I read all 90+ pages), it seems that it's better to get in on the beginning as it's gotten more difficult and less flexible (re:proctor, scheduling, and communication/feedback) as time has wore on from 2014.

I've applied to this program.

For the people on this thread, past and present, who have entered this program, did you guys weigh any other online options? Did you apply to any other or was it basically LSUS or bust?

I ask because I like UL-L's online set up and it's a hair more expensive (mice nuts in the grand scheme of things) and LaTech has one that I've looked at as well. I haven't even looked at UT-Tyler but they have one too I might check out.

For me, I have time I won't begin until the Fall II (Oct.) if I do decide to join.

Thoughts on your decision process? Regrets?

What do you mean when you say the proctoring is time-consuming?

I have experience in both brick & mortar and online matriculation, but in my experience I've never had to deal with proctoring for online as I think you are describing it. Can you expound?

Thanks!
