Overrated, over hyped basic BBQ. You can do better in your backyard. Looks like you've posted negative comments about a crowd favorite place on here. What's the difference?

Not an a-hole. Just expressing an opinion on food's appearance. Isn't that why he posts his dinner pics?
Whatever happened to going above and beyond. Increasing your value and respect with your company and co-workers? Why be the guy that takes all of his 15 vacation days and 5 sick days a year? Why clock in at opening and break the door down at 5? Why take your full hour for lunch? Why not be a team player? This thread is what is wrong with this country's work force and why jobs are outsourced overseas.
You sound like a lazy arse too. I look forward to contributing to your unemployment one day.

You think that or the 22 pics of dried arse chicken on the grill he posts looks good? But hey. He always drinks a craft beer with every meal. Huge points there.

I have no corned beef hash and meatloaf to post. Sorry.
Get off your arse and go in at your regular time. Unless it doesn't matter if you're there on time, by which I'd worry how important you are at that point. LOL at some of the lazy arse advice in this thread.

What is that a half-eaten dish of, exactly? I looked at a few weeks of your posts/pictures. Looks like stuff you'd whip up for a family of 8 in a Philadelphia row house neighborhood. :yack:

re: Blue Oak BBQ... What to order??

Went this past weekend, thanks to the hype on this board. Extremely average. Basically TJ Ribs on Canal. Now I am scared to try Peche. :casty:
There is permit and public notice paperwork on the door on Coursey. Haven't seen the other locations.
Health Department shut them down. They are doing major sewer repairs, it appears.
Man, that looks delicious. Great job. Last time I got jerk chicken, Rohan Davie made it.
Why would you lie about getting a chicken sandwich?
I like the morning show. Just too many commercials, but they get incredible guests. How management thinks Moscona sounds good is baffling to me.
ESPN 104.5 in BR is turning into one, long, unlistenable commercial.
People with a good ole Attitude Adjustment in their system turning left onto George O'Neal across the 4th turn at Indy. What could possibly go wrong?

This same guy applied for and was turned down for 2 tickets to Oregon in 2011, but got 6 to Lambeau? It's going to be an expensive trip to take with crappy logistics (especially with it now being a day game). This could be a special season with a lot of trips, a trip to Atlanta, and possible, virtual back-to-back playoff weeks. People may be holding back. Watch how many LSU tickets go on sale on the secondary market for this game.
Back when I was in college, Thursday happy hour there was THE place to be in BR.

It is a horrible spot. You take your life in your own hands when you turn in and out of that location.

Is Kabobs in Baton Rouge done?

Friend said they've been shut down since Memorial Day weekend with some handwritten note about personal family matters in the window. It's been 7 weeks, apparently. I thought it was good the few times I ate there.
