HEB is amazing. I didn’t get it either until I lived in San Antonio. Reallllllly hope they build here, by the rumors get squashed every time they pop up.

Also, I can’t stand central market. It’s crowded af and they don’t have everything you need so you have to go somewhere else too. Nope. Nope. Nope.

Two downtowns in two completely different major cities 35 miles apart isn’t even close to the same situation as the downtown and galleria areas being separated in Houston.

I’m from Houston. Ive lived in Dallas since 2004. They both suck. Houston has better food. Dallas has better weather (by a thread). That’s about it. I lived in San Antonio for a year, FWIW. Nice town.

Also, the rivalry is real. Dallasites think Houston is trashy. Houstonians thinks Dallas is pretentious. They’re both right.

ETA: Frisco, Plano, Allen, Katy, Woodlands- none of these represent Houston or Dallas proper. The burbs are a completely different convo.

If you can't get an acoustic guitar, you can buy a peddle to run your electric guitar through that can simulate the acoustic sound. Won't help you with what's already been laid down, though.

Depending on how skilled you are in the program, you can duplicate your tracks, throw on heavy reverb and then put one (if you are using 2 layers) on a slight delay. You can do 4 layers and put 2 on a slight delay- so on and so forth.

It's unfricking believable the amount of men on this board rallying around their reasons when they consider it "ok" to hit a woman. Let me clue you in. It's never Ok to hit a woman. Your reasons don't make you more of a man. Being a man means de-escalating, walking away, calling the police... Putting your hands on a woman just makes you a punk. Period.
