Correct. The DA’s can choose to try 15 year olds as adults charged with first degree murder, second degree murder, aggravated or first degree rape, or aggravated kidnapping.
Jails are already full so adding more adult felonies for 17 year olds would just grow the jail problem. Not to mention most jails won’t take 17 year old felons and the State has to pay a jail in Mississippi to house those kids.
They need to fix the juvenile justice problem first (plus hold parents accountable) and then the rest should hopefully take care of itself but I’m not holding my breath.

St. Lucia Restaurants

Going to St. Lucia next month staying at Sugar Beach. Any suggestions for restaurants near Sugar Beach to go try. Want to get off property and do some exploring. Would prefer something fairly close like walk-able or short shuttle ride. Heard it can get sketchy in some places so if you have places to avoid feel free to let me know. :geauxtigers:

I think the pulling of rigs is a contributing factor. A lot of those fish go offshore to spawn at the rigs. Without the habitat I think it will reduce the spawn rates as well. I feel like there were a lot more fish around when the rigs were plentiful.

Order the Flambeau Storm Front decoys from Walmart and do in store pick up. By far the cheapest route. Can get 6 pintail for $30. I looked everywhere and could not find a better price. The storm fronts hold up well too. I've had mine for 3 seasons and still doing well. Unless someone shoots them then all bets are off.

How crazy would the left go if white people started saying they identify as a black person or vise-versa would that not be the same thing as a girl or guy identifying as a different sex. Talk about put a liberal's brain in a pretzel. I could start labeling myself as a minority on all my applications for a job for purposes of equal employment opportunities.
