I don't know how we can expect a deep run in the postseason with a bullpen as horrid as ours. We can't score 8 runs every night and Lange can't pitch every inning.

I live in the area and they have a couple of decent pitchers, especially Killian. I try to listen to the games when I can and it seems they have a lot of trouble putting together timely hitting. They have stranded a lot of runners this year. The bullpen has also been suspect up to this point of the season. I think if we can get into their bullpen, that will bode well for our chances in Fayetteville.

Why don't you tell me what I have missed jackass? Are you saying the 70-61 loss to Old Dominion wasn't a bad loss? We can play with anyone, but our inconsistency is our downfall.

Bama alum or not, I think Davis is fairly objective. This team's inability to shoot FTs and a terrible coach are to blame if we don't get in. We let a 15-19 beat our butts twice this year and let's not forget Missouri.

Let me rephrase. The word "soon" may have been the wrong choice of words. My view is that Russell is still young, 31 or 32, and his career is over. Reports are that he is nearly broke and has already been arrested on drug charges (sip-sip). Those seems to be indications that maybe he is surrounding himself with the wrong people and that could end leading to more bad decisions down the road.
