I actually think he is going to do a good job....Tom Osborne is no fool...they will be top 15 within 2 years....
Got no sources but I want 1a (saban) with Crowton staying at OC

First off, I just dont see him leaving a successful NFL job for a college job.

Second, we would have to wait for him to finish the playoffs...and thats gonna create quite a distraction for his team. This is not a Charlie Weis situation. This is the head coach. I dont know if he would be willing...

But seriously....how bad arse would the purple and gold suit be?

on the front page he has:

Sources tell the Pressbox Show that Tommy Tubberville has accepted the job of Head Football Coach at Arkansas. He will reportedy sign a 10 year, 35 million dollar deal to coach the Razorbacks. Meetings between Tubberville and Auburn officials went well, as Auburn gave Tubberville everything he wanted with the exception of lowering his 6 million dollar buyout, causing Tubberville to take himself off the bargaining table with Auburn and to accept the job at Arkansas. Arkansas will have to pay the entire 6 million dollar buyout. An official announcement of the move will come either Friday or sometime next week.

i know i was thinking bout that in the muschamp thread and i felt like SG gay watchin sweatin to the oldies

This would be my dream scenario:

HC - Spurrier
DC - Muschamp

Spurrier stays for 4-5 years while grooming Muschamp for the job. Wins the SEC twice and a National Championship. Hands the reigns over to Muschamp and Muschamp continues the glory for 10+ years.....
