Mold Inspection Contractor - BR Area

Need a recommendation for a specialist to come out and inspect a guest house for mold and/or any other moisture-related issues. We are in South BR area.

What are you looking to do OP? This is very important. Do you have a kid with an issue for example? Or do you have a tenant or buyer trying to complain?
Mold in the south can be found in almost every house if anyone half way decent is looking for it. Not necessarily dangerous levels or anything that needs to be done. But you call someone out and the house isn’t brand new you are likely looking at the very least a very costly HVAC duct work among some other things.
