it does, and has for a long time. We are seeing it more now than ever as everyone running cell phone video all the time. I remember seeing first hand a Nebraska player cold-cocking a Mizzou fan in 2003. Fans should stay off the damn field (but they also shouldn't get punched in the face if they don't)
