América coach Miguel Herrera grabbed the hair of LAFC assistant Ante Razov, earning a shove and then a jab in response. Mark Anthony-Kaye dragged the two coaches apart as the referee formally ejected Herrera from the match.

But when the teams exited the locker room for the second half, Herrera returned to his spot on the sideline. The official urged him off the sideline, but Herrera — nicknamed “Piojo,” which means to the “The Louse” in English — only retreated as far as the Pulse memorial section of the stands.

Officials crowded the coach in the stands, but he refused to move to the locker room for his ejection. Herrera remained there for the rest of the game, at times wielding a walkie talkie to communicate with his staff.

This was in the concacaf champions league, a regional competition. LAFC got a bullshite red card easy in the game and came back from a goal down to beat the Mexican team and secure a spot in the finals. Karma.

Herrera has a blood shot eye in the stands with the walkie talkie.
