UCLA announced Wednesday that it has canceled its home and home series against Georgia in 2025 and 2026, as well as its matchups against Auburn in 2027 and 2028.

Georgia will now host Marshall on Aug. 30, 2025, to replace the UCLA game.

Mutual agreements were reached to cancel home-and-home dates with Georgia and Auburn. The Bruins were set to face Georgia at Rose Bowl Stadium in 2025, before making a return trip to Athens, Ga. in 2026. Auburn was to visit the Rose Bowl in 2027 and host UCLA in 2028.

UCLA will now take on Utah in Pasadena, Calif. on Aug. 30, 2025 and complete the series at Rice-Eccles Stadium on Sept. 7, 2030. The Bruins return to California Memorial Stadium on Sept. 5, 2026, kicking off a four-game series with the Golden Bears. Cal comes to the Rose Bowl on Sept. 4, 2027 and Sept. 15, 2029, with UCLA also stopping off in Berkeley, Calif. on Sept. 2, 2028. The Bruins are also now slated to host UC Davis on Aug. 28, 2027 and Sept. 1, 2029.

Bound to happen with all the conference realignment. The 4 non-con games for all the teams are likely to be traditional OOC rivals where applicable and geographically convenient G5 teams.

This isn’t done because of conference realignment. It’s done because of the playoff.

Georgia is so soft, cancelling any non-con game against a team with a pulse. Disgraceful
