According to authorities, officers suspected that Fulks was intoxicated and escorted him out of the stadium. Upon further investigation, it was determined that Fulks was intoxicated.

He was arrested for public intoxication and transported to the Marshall County Jail.

Well Arab police would know what intoxication looks like! Arab, Baileyton, and those areas are Meth Central for North Alabama. There's some good people in Arab but there's a TON of drug heads. From Sun Down Town to Drug haven.
