Make sure to make yourself get up and walk around the plane a little a couple times during the flight to stretch your legs and prevent blood clots forming in your legs.

I can't second this enough. In addition to that, your rear end is going to become numb at some point, so getting up will help the blood flow there too!
Do deep knee bends, lunges, and touch your toes a few times (or as close to them as you can reach). There is usually ample space in the galley between bathrooms. People may look at you funny, but frick them. They are going to have a stroke and die. You aren't.

You will most likely have your own entertainment system. The key is not to watch all the good movies on your way there. I always seem to make this mistake and have shite movies for the trip home. Or just read IT by Stephen King

If I whack off in the bathroom, does that make me a member of the mile high club?

I'd kill myself before I'd sit in those seats on a 14 hour flight. If my flight is 1 1/2 hours or more I get economy plus and for a 14 hour flight I'd be in business class or first class for sure.

No free drinks in coach on UA lol. It's UA. You're lucky if toilet paper is free

He doesn't have to be. I use miles for international flights.

A Xanax usually does it for me. I'll have whatever meal they are serving and watch a movie. After eating pop the meds, asleep in 30 min, that is usually good for about 8 hours. By the time you wake up you'll have about four hours left, watch two movies, have another meal and prepare to hit the ground running.

Drinks are not free, even in Economy Plus but I'd at least recommend upgrading your seats on that leg. It gives you a little more room.

It'll be hard to get that prescription.
