My Fiance and I are traveling to Rome, Vienna, & Brussels for our Honeymoon. Planning on booking Air BnB's.
I'm looking for a recommendation for what area to look in for Vienna.
I already have the Rome Air BnB booked, I used someone on here's suggestion to stay in Trastevere.
Also, any other recommendations yall got would be appreciated as well. We are staying 4 nights in each city, early this June.
Thanks!

I can't remember nor find the link to where I stayed last year, but I stayed on the other side of the river. Much cheaper and still a very easy walk to the main stuff.

My two cents on Vienna where I work sometimes
Figlmüller Bäckerstraße - yes, can be touristy but the schnitzel is amazing. Book a reservation a long time ahead if you want a certain time. Nice little christmas market accross the street if you are waiting.
Schonbrunn Palace - beautiful and lots to see, but the history on the inbreds is pretty amazing
Hofburg, St. Stephens Cathedral (love the outside the best), Peterskirche (wonderful inside) were my favorites.
Brau-Bar, spent a couple nights in there drinking, and good with the wife also.

We did a bicycle tour of the Wachua Valley/ Danube River and stopped at 4-5 wineries. It was the best part of our stay in Vienna. Highly recommend. Plan for a full day as its a 45 min to 1 hour train ride each way. By chance there were 2 young ladies that were LSU graduates on the tour as well - small world.

We stayed somewhere right in this area.. Good price.Good neighborhood. 10 minute subway ride to wherever you wanted to go.
Schönbrunn is pretty damn impressive. I don't really care about the actual building, but the gardens are amazing. I wish I would have had more time to spend there. Show up to Naschmarkt with an empty stomach and pig out.

rando drinking spot I liked was the beer saloon, and also a must see food/drinks is Das Loft.

Brussels
- eat a sandwich at Tonton Garby and thank me later
- take a day trip to Ghent or Bruges or both via train, beautiful medieval cities with canals

Schoenbrunn Palace, go early if possible.
Downtown Vienna has the crypt where the Habsburg rulers were buried.
Kapuzinergruft Link (English)
Eat & drink at a Cafe on the Ring Road,
Somewhere like the Cafe Schwartzenberg
I love Vienna.

The Kunsthistorisches Museum Wien is an absolutely beautiful place. The things inside of it are awesome, but more importantly the actual building itself is really beautiful. You will recognize a lot of the art in it even if you are not a big art fan like me. And the historical artifacts are cool. I honestly remember drinking a lot of great beer, and found the food to be much better than places in Germany.
