Can’t say I have

However I did read Timothy egans book “ a pilgrimage to eternity” where he and his college aged daughter walk it and talk about the various stops along the way and the history behind it

Really cool book. Maybe worth checking out for you

Walked a very short spot near San Gimignano. Soothes your mind being out there.
We may go back early next year and do some additional miles running with friends.

After learning about this last year, and seeing an area along the trail last fall during a visit to Montalcino, I've added this my bucket list. I'd like to try something from north of Florence to Rome.

Gronze.com has great info from Lausanne to Rome. Unfortunately, nothing for France, and from what I've been able to determine, the infrastructure there is pretty poor for pilgrims.
