Vacation Pitch Ideas

My mother in law wants to splurge and take us all on a big family vacation, and instead of picking we will all propose some ideas and vote where to go. Budget is roughly $30k or less. It’ll be my MIL, 2 sisters in law (17 and 19), brother in law and his wife and 1ish year old baby, and my wife and me and our under 1 year old baby. Any time in 2023 or early 2024, so seasons don’t matter. No restrictions on domestic or abroad.
Wife is pitching an all inclusive beach, sister in law is doing Switzerland, and a feeling the brother in law will pitch a national park.
Any ideas? Haven’t ever planned a vacation with babies so not sure how practical different things are.

This sounds best for young kids unless you bring a sitter. Let them wear themselves out on the beach. Have some nice dinners. Play in the pools. Bonus, go for two weeks. I suggest Nassau or the Exumas.
