Heading there on Saturday for a week. We are staying at a home on Long Bay Beach. We already have the following planned: golf day, catamaran day, visit to Grace Bay Beach. Also hoping that I can make it to Turks Head Brewery. Anything I am missing? What are your food/drink/things to do recs?

VABuckeye will be making an entrance here very soon

Lol. Entrance made and from a sailing boat in Brewers Bay, Tortola at that.
Take the ferry to North Caicos. Arrange a car rental for when you get there. Drive across the causeway to Middle Caicos. If it’s low tide go to Bambara Beach. If it’s not low tide just go straight to Dragon Cay. Visit Dragon Cay either way. It’s a gorgeous little beach with a large rock formation in the shape of a dragon. Wonderful spot.
Then drive to Daniels on Middle Caicos and have lunch. The father fishes every morning and the catch his served up for lunch.
Eat at Coco Bistro if you can get in. Also eat at Bay Bistro. Shark Bite is a decent place to have a meal in the marina.
Mango Reef also serves a damned good meal. They moved from their previous location but I know they’re still around.
Enjoy!

VABuckeye has good recs. We also liked Somwhere Cafe/Bar...the hotel there rents out snorkel gear for $20 for the reef that's about 15 feet into the water from the bar...
We rented Kayaks from Big Blue Unlimited on the east end and explored Mangrove Cay, Iguana Cay, and Half Moon Bay...

1. Do a half-day snorkel and conch cruise with Caicos Dream Tours. Most of the people in our group picked it as the highlight of the trip.
2. Snorkel at Coral Gardens. You can park at the resort. The reef is right off shore with good coral, fish, turtles, etc.
3. Thursday night fish fry at the public beach at the Bight. Another highlight.
4. You must eat at Da Conch Shack. Wednesday night is live music and the best.
5. Eat at the Cabana Bar & Grill at Ocean Club Resort for either breakfast or lunch. Good food, great setting, and the resort is situated on a really nice spot on Grace Bay.
6. If you have a little money to spend, invite Chef Tadd Frye to come cook in your home. His food and service were amazing

We were there a couple of years ago. Our favorites (Medium fare. Nothing's cheap in TCI)..
Mr. Groupers
Kalooki's (Moved after Hurricance FYI)
Bugaloos (nice waterfront area, but you have to drive)
Higher End:
Gotta go to the Infiniti Bar just for drinks at least

I echo a lot of the previous recommendations. Also, eat at Caicos Cafe. Twice.

When on North Caicos, stop for a drink at Last Chance Bar and Grill. It's on the main road, pretty close to the causeway to Middle.
Good fishing off of the causeway, too, if you're in to that. Howard at Last Chance has gear if you want to borrow some.

We went to T&C last summer. Stayed at the Beaches resort. Never really left the resort except for walking the beach. There is an awesome place to snorkel right off the beach. From the Beaches resort we started walking towards the left about 1/4 mile and there's a big coral reef. Lots of fish, turtles, you name it. The kids loved it. We went there for a couple hours every morning that week. The water out there was awesome. Crystal clear. I had never been at a beach outside of the redneck riviera so needless to say, it was quite impressive.
