I was just curious if anyone is certain of all the protocols in place getting back into the US after my trip concludes.
Just wondering because I'm not vaccinated, and I know the tennis guy Joker(also not vaccinated) that just won the Wimbledon can't come into New York for the US Open next month. Is that because he isn't a citizen and it's required for non-citizens?

You should have no issue. About a month ago they dropped requirement for a negative covid test. Now its no different than pre covid.

Ok cool thx. Not my hill to die on but what’s the deal with Jokers situation and what makes my situation different. Citizenship? The fact that an exemption can’t be made for the best player in Tennis shows how stupid and politically driven this whole thing is.

Are you a US citizen? As said above, it’s just like pre Covid. You don’t have jack shite to worry about. Enjoy your trip and stop worrying about it—it doesn’t exist anymore.

Yes I'm a US citizen. Glad to hear it's not going to be a problem. Thx
