I used a BR agent (no names, they are a friend) but after their 2nd mix up in 3 trips, I went with costco travel. Service was fantastic plus you get perks the local agent didn’t have

Totally agree with just doing 2 countries tops. We just got back from 16 days and England and didn’t feel we had enough time. We were rather unimpressed by Bath. The Roman Baths were cool but the rest is Meh. If I were going to recommend a city outside London (which I do - it was all better outside London but I’m not big city guy) York would be the place. 2 hours by train from Kings Cross Station leaving nearly hourly.
