Thanksgiving trip: Savannah, Asheville, or Charleston

I'm going to be within 3 hours of all of these places and want to visit them all at some point for short weekend trips, but which is the best to take while I have the extended weekend and at this time of year? I'll be by myself, mid-20s.

That time of year, I'd do Asheville.
I'd do Charleston and Savannah in the spring/summer.
FWIW, I greatly prefer Charleston to Savannah. If I had to rank those three towns, It'd be:
1A: Charleston
1B: Asheville
2: Savannah

Summer here can be painfully brutal.

I'd do Asheville this time of year. Hiking and beer.
Hit Charleston/Savannah in the spring.

They are all worth visiting, but I would go to Charleston before Savannah.
Given that, to me it is between Charleston and Asheville and that comes down to what do you like to do.
Between those two, I would go to Charleston but I'm much older than you and my interest are probably much different than yours. I would go to Charleston for the history and the food.

*and women. Lots of quality to be seen there for a young, single guy.

I'll definitely do all 3 by next summer. But 2 of them will likely be 2-3 day weekend trips, whereas this trip I have extra time because of Thanksgiving. I guess I need to know which one has too much to do in 2 days but is also good to visit at the end of november

Charleston probably has the most things to do in a fairly small area. You probably need more time for Charleston.
The Asheville area has a lot if you include outdoor activities such as hiking, rafting (not in Nov), etc. But the downtown area, or at least the part I've seen, is not that large. There are a lot of restaurants and clubs within a few blocks of the N. Lexington Ave/College Street intersection. Search this board for Asheville and you will find a lot of recommendations.
You can see just about everything in Savannah and the nearby locations such as Tybee Island in two days. There was a recent post on the TB, last week I think, where someone was asking about Savannah. You should get some ideas from that if you can find it.
Given your time constraint, Asheville is a good choice.
The weather should be fine at any of the locations barring some early snow storm in the mountains. Probably a little colder in Asheville but still nice.

Asheville. Going to Black Mountain for Thanksgiving. Best time of the year.

The way this November has been going, and given the long range forecast, you’ll probably be able to ski near Asheville for Thanksgiving.
Do you want that kind of cold?

I haven't been to Charleston so can't speak to that city.
I went to Asheville for the first time a couple months ago and, eh, cool town but it's seems super hippy-ish. Not hipsters, just straight up hippies. If that's your thing, you'd probably enjoy it.
Savannah gets a much older contingent of tourists but the younger locals/visitors are more hipster-ish than hippy-ish.
I guess it just depends on which "scene" you're more comfortable with....I'm more of a Savannah guy, myself, but I'm older than you are. I think there's better 'scenery' in Savannah, too.

As someone who’s been to all 3, it’s Charleston by a mile.
