Rent a car, LA isn’t NYC, there are plenty of places to park.

Rent. LA is not difficult to drive around and rental price is reasonably cheap. Also LA is pretty big so having my own rental car was a must for me.

As others mentioned, you haven’t given us enough info to properly advise.

That said, renting is generally the way to go in LA, since it’s so spread out.

Rent a car. It is easier to drive in LA than Houston.
