Restaurant Recommendations in Pensacola Area

I’ll be driving through Pensacola on I-10 soon. Just me.
Looking for restaurant recommendation along the I-10 corridor (Pensacola & adjacent towns). Just not Pensacola Bch.
Not looking for upscale. Just something low key that the local people love.
I’m also open to all kinds of foods. If there’s good Vietnamese or Mexican, that’s good with me.

Don't laugh like I did. On N. Davis Highway in Pensacola(north of I-10) there is a little outdoor food-trucky Mexican place behind a Shell station called Taqueria El Asador. There are tables outside. The food is phenomenal.
I had heard about it but was afraid of getting food poisoning. Then my daughter said all the hospital employees eat there. It is really good. If I didn't live 25 miles away from it, I'd eat there twice a week or more. It got some kind of award. It gets 5 star reviews.
