PSA - Shortage of immigration/custom personal is real

Of 42 stations at George Bush Airport, four and sometimes five were manned. TSA was also undermanned. We had 3 hour layover from Costa Rica. When we arrived at the gate the door to flight ramp was closed. The pilot let us on. About 15 seats were empty but the flight was sold out.

Global entry would help solve that issue.

2.5 hours in the passport control line in Miami a few weeks ago. It was pathetic incompetence

Man those Miami customs agents are assholes. Beyond rude.
No reason to treat people like that. The negativity vibe is on full blast in that area.

They are pretty rough. And I get it. They deal with an interesting clientele at MIA.
Always thankful when we can get a direct from that part of the world back to DFW. Nice folks.
