We’re staying in an apartment in the 1st arrondissement (not far from the Louvre). I’d like to see about getting a table for our family of 4 (all adults). I’m not sure what to expect with taxis or Uber so assuming a walk would be necessary. I’m hoping to have something nice but not 2 star Michelin $400 per person nice. Hoping to book something ahead so we can plan.

Stayed in that exact area a few months ago. You have loads of options. But juveniles is a great one.
ETA it’s not in the 1st but an easy walk, look into les bon Georges

Le Grand Colbert is near there. Had a nice meal there a few years ago

Juveniles is a great little bistro. Small and you have to make reservations in advance.
We have stayed several times at the Westin Place Vendomme in the first.
Our favorite casual but gourmet bistro near there is Chez Monsieur near La Madeline. It is our favorite restaurant near Place Concorde and La Madeline.

You're almost on top of where the nighttime boat tour of the Seine we took launches. That would cap off a great evening (BYOB).

We actually have that already on the itinerary for a different evening!

Don't be afraid to play whatever you want when you connect to the boat's sound system. We played some ghetto stuff, and the boat drivers were very, very happy they weren't having to listen to Frank Sinatra for the 30,000th time.
