Taking my kids to Orange Beach the last weekend in July. We only staying 3 nights. The kids are 4 and 7.
We are looking at staying at Phoenix VII. Is there a better place in the same price range.

prices change like the wind. Depending on how far out you book, or if its a peak time, events, etc. Just get on vrbo and search/filter what you are looking for to find best results

Perdido Skye is fairly inexpensive.

There are like a gazillion condos that are more or less the same. Just search and find the best priced one. If it looks similar to a Phoenix condo, then it probably is.

Just make sure you figure out for sure what all of the fees are when comparing prices.
