Orange Beach rentals that allow 19 year olds...

the stepson and his cronies want a week at the beach...looking around for a potential place for them to rent for a week in May...

Or you can do what every one else does and say you are going to be there. Just need someone of age to pick up the keys. Just better hope they dont frick up the place

Cant help you with a place. Just make sure they go in May. I'll be there in June and dont wanna have to pound your kid and his friends faces into the sand.

Use Southern Vacation Rentals...most of their units have code locks and they email you the code...there is no check in at a desk

Most of the vrbo rentals just send you a code to get in and out. Nobody will know unless he causes trouble.

My parents would always just call down at check in when they let me go. Never had an issue.

I watched a Judge Judy episode where a lady's vrbo vacation property got destroyed by teens. She did everything online and had no idea she was renting to teens.

Most condos are going to be 25 years to rent. I do 21 to be more aggressive. A hotel under your name might be the best way to go.

You would be amazed at what happens with some kids. Last spring break in gulf shores for example two units were rented next to each other. They brought a sawzall and cut a door way so they didn’t have to go outside.
Most of the time, it’s 15 people in a 6 person unit though. Something always ends up broken or cleaning crews aren’t able to turn units over in the time needed
