One week get away for anniversary

Looking for a week getaway in august or September within 12-13 hours driving time for my wife and I’s 10 year anniversary. Don’t really want to do a beach trip. Looking for something to do with outdoor activity and good dining and drinking. Not looking to go to Gatlinburg as we did that 2 years ago. Thanks for any suggestions.
