Need restaurant recs for Panama City

Taking the family to Panama City soon. I’m looking for generally casual restaurants that are good but wouldn’t fall in to the tourist trap category. Any recommendations would be appreciated

Back Beach BBQ is an excellent choice.

J Michaels is a cool enough place with a local feel. Bar and grill food and casual.

Go to Buddy's seafood market one night and grab some steamed royal reds and bring back to your condo. Those things are amazing. If you never had them, they are a treat and you will thank me later. Other than that stay away from sharky's and Senor Frogs.
