Monkeypod is a great wailea restaurant. Also recommend Spago at the Four Seasons. We stayed a few days at the ritz kapalua last month and the four seasons. Great food is available at the restaurants at the decent resorts.

Maui brewing is also worth hitting if you are near it. They had a good food truck and interesting beers.
