Looking for a spa resort to spend 3-4 days for the wife's birthday

Preferably somewhere in the Southeast. Neither of us have really been anywhere like this so any suggestions help

Budget wise I'm trying to keep it under $1,000 per night...no preference flying or driving

It’s not Southeast, but I highly rec the Enchantment Resort in Sedona, AZ. We’ve been twice and can’t say enough about the Sedona area. Fly into Phoenix or Flagstaff. You won’t be disappointed.
