Getting married in November. Looking to do honeymoon afterwards. Don’t want long flight time (nothing over 7 hours or so) Looking to spend about 6k or so. Not really looking for all inclusive as we both don’t drink. Thanks in advance

Go to NYC or Paris or somewhere in the BVIs. NYC has so much to do, such great hotels...perfect beginning. San Fran? Beach if you want quiet, tough to live as much together on that type of trip though.
Just make it the best trip you two have had, no need to be waited on. Just go and make memories.

If you haven't been living together, I recommend the Hampton Inn in Kenner. No need to leave the hotel room and plenty of good food options to have delivered.
Seriously though:
San Francisco
NYC
Caribbean
A week in a National Park like Yellowstone if you like the outdoors.

Not big on outdoors. Pref to go out of country as my fiancé has never left USA.

Last year we did Christmas markets in Europe. Started in early December, which is nice because flights are cheapest then. I know you said nothing more than 7 hours, but its right around there.
The markets seemed cool, but it was way better than I thought it could be. Already going back next year.

ETA: previous post re: Christmas markets...those are wonderful fun and so charming, but most don't get started until end of Nov.
Fly into London, spend a few days. Take train to Paris, spend a few days. Fly home from Paris. Plenty to do in either city, at any level of budget. Can go fancy hotel or AirBnB w/kitchen, whatever floats your boat. Might consider fancy hotel in London for the start of the trip, then an apartment in Paris for the second half.
Using Houston as your departure city will increase flight availability & decrease prices. So consider tacking on a night in Houston at either end of your trip.
Or, if MSY is easier as a departure airport, consider the nonstop BA flights to London. Easiest way to get to Europe from SE LA, by far. Roll up to the airport in early evening, flight departs at 9 pmish, arrive in London around 10:30 am next morning. Minimal jet lag, minimal time burned in transit.

If you really want to take her somewhere special find a great hotel, like La Mirande, in Avignon France. It’s a walled city that’s drop dead gorgeous. Theatres and museums and Cathedrals...

Montreal / QC is also another idea

Are you looking to do things like walk around a town and excursions, or just relax and sit on a beach all day?

Your first post says you don't want a flight over 7 hours. You're limiting your options if you want to go out of the country. You cannot get to Europe in 7 hours.

Mainly just relaxing on a beach. Wouldn’t mind do a bit of exploring a city or something. But mainly just relaxing in a nice area

I mean other options I’d think are like Bahamas Mexico tropical Islands etc but I’m not really sure. I’ve been to Europe before and loved it

That was our exact feelings, and we did Isla Mujeres in Mexico. We stayed at Privileges Aluxes, and it was perfect. They have an all-inclusive and a non-inclusive option, but the all-inclusive is less than $100/day more total so it's worth it for food alone. It should be well under your budget as well.
There's a big thread in the sticky about Isla Mujeres that is pretty helpful.

That's a big daily food budget on Isla Mujeres except for just a few restaurants. We can eat dinner and have a drink at almost any restaurant on Hidalgo Street for $30 or less a couple.

True for sure, and if you leave Hidalgo and stop at one of the taco places you can have a full meal and beer for under $5. If you plan to stay on the beach all day and have them bring out lunch to you or want a late night snack, it's worth knowing its included and not worrying about cost (IMO at least).

We did the Cayman Islands for our honeymoon and it was amazing
It’s a low key/chill atmosphere. Not the college party crowd. Everything is nice, no slums or 3rd world feel
Gorgeous beaches, went swimming with stingrays on stingray island, snorkeled, and rented a car and drove the whole island(took 30 minutes)
Downtown has some cool shopping and the area some very good restaurants.
They have direct flights from Houston and DFW. 2.5/3 hour flight
