Holiday team lunch near ORD

I'm trying to put together a Christmas lunch for my Chicago-based team members but I'd like to find an interesting place like a brewery or something outside of the loop. Close to ORD would be preferred since I'm flying in/out that day for the lunch. Any recommendations?

Is the team mostly in the city or in the metro area? I would be annoyed as hell if someone asked me to go near Ohare because it’s more convenient for them.
Id shoot for something in Logan Square as you can take the blue line there and back pretty quickly, easily.

More Brewing has great food. 20 mins from the airport.
Also Une Année has BBQ and a cool outdoor area with fire pits. 20 mins too, different direction.
