If you drive through Chattanooga you might want to stop there for food. We are leaving Birmingham Friday after work. Staying the evening in Chattanooga. Supper will be at Boathouse Rotisserie & Raw Bar. Saturday morning breakfast at Maple Street Biscuit Company prior to driving into Knoxville.
Sunday morning before leaving we are having breakfast at Nick and J's Cafe.

Stop at Benton's Hams in Maryville, TN and load up on as much bacon as you can pack to bring home. It doesn't have to be refrigerated. It will smell up everything even vacuum packed, though. It's worth it.
