I know nothing about fishing but imagine fly fishing should be good there.

You should be able to find good info here.

Iceburg lake is where I saw the most wildlife. That side of the park just seems to have more wildlife action than the rest.

Wow, I was shocked to find out how low the elevation is on Logan's Pass. I guess with the prominence and the latitude it doesn't matter. Still beautiful and snowy.

We were hiking in September and it snowed on us!

Thank so for the details. I think you're all over the boundary range when you mention kintla lake. It's very small and features Long Knife Peak.
Those Kintla Lakes look like a great camping spot (specifically the stream that runs between them) nestled below Long Knife and Kintla Peak.

Many Glacier Hotel

I have a friend from Jacksonville, who is semi-retired and spent the whole winter in New Mexico living in his RV and off-roading in his Jeep. He's taken a job as a security guard at the Many Glacier Hotel for the summer. Not a bad life...

I just hiked today in the Many Glacier area. Headed back to Whitefish now; will post my hike review soon.
